An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Shift Lead to join a leading FM/building services provider on a prestigious and fast-paced contract based in Stansted. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong electrical engineer lead to work within a unique site environment offering excellent exposure, stability, and progression.

The Role: You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day engineering operations on shift, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed safely and efficiently across the site. Key duties include:

  • Leading and supporting engineers on shift
  • Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Fault finding across electrical and building services systems
  • Supporting critical site operations and compliance tasks
  • Managing subcontractors and permits where required
  • Updating CAFM systems and completing shift reports
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Electrical Engineer
  • 18th Edition essential
  • Previous shift or lead engineer experience preferred

  • Experience within commercial FM/building services environments
