We're recruiting an experienced Electrical Test Engineer to join a growing technical contractor carrying out EICRs, inspection & testing, and remedial works across a portfolio of commercial properties throughout London and the South East. This role is ideal for a quality-focused engineer who takes pride in producing accurate reports, delivering high standards of workmanship, and building strong client relationships.

The Role

  • Carrying out EICRs across commercial sites
  • Inspection, testing, and certification works
  • Producing detailed and compliant reports
  • Identifying defects and recommending remedial actions
  • Completing remedial works where required
  • Working closely with clients and site teams
  • Ensuring compliance with BS7671 and industry standards

Requirements

  • 18th Edition 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
  • Experience carrying out commercial EICRs
  • Strong understanding of BS7671
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills

Desirable

  • Commercial remedial experience
  • IPAF / PASMA Compliance contract experience
