We are looking for an experienced Regional Technical Manager to lead a team across multiple residential-led projects. The Regional Technical Manager will join one of the UK's leading Residential Developers and run the technical department, managing the team from early stages to completion and handover of projects, while working alongside the production and commercial teams as well as managing external consultant relations.
The Regional Technical Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all technical aspects of residential developments across a defined UK region for a leading residential developer. Managing both internal technical teams and external consultants, contractors, and specialist partners, the role ensures the successful delivery of high-quality residential-led projects through planning, design, construction, and completion.
