My client, a large Tier 1 Maintenance Contractor for Social Housing Clients, is looking for a Contract Manager for a pivotal role within their organisation. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of contract service delivery at local branch level, supporting the General Manager on the delivery of high-quality capital and programmed works and/or built environment services.
