I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Managers to join an East Sussex based Development business on a development of houses and apartments in Brighton.

Reporting to the established Contracts Manager and his directors have identified this site as a possible award winning site of the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing health and safety
  • Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.
  • Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.
  • Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site
  • Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.

Key Attributes:

  • Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.
  • Fully conversant in NHBC standards.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
  • Site sizes from 50 – 150 units as a minimum.

On offer is a basic salary of £50,000 – £58,000 plus car / allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus.
