My client is a House Builder based in the south east, who are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a 20 timber frame project on the outskirts of Ashford, Kent. Alongside the Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site-based project. You will assist in the control and delivery of construction projects to meet customer specifications (safety, quality, time, etc.) such that all risk, specification, and project objectives are met in full.
You will assist and when required, deputise for the Senior Site Manager to effectively motivate, support, and manage the site-based team to ensure that the required health, safety, and environmental performance standards are achieved. To achieve the programme and quality requirements. You will promote the importance of customer relationships to the site-based team to include directly employed and sub-contracted staff.

- Competitive basic salary between £42,000 - £47,000 per annum
