Health Care Assistant - Turkish Speaking
As a Domiciliary Health Care Assistant with Skillcare Limited, your role is a frontline care professional who supports adults with a wide range of needs, including personal care, mobility, medication prompts, and general wellbeing. You will play a vital role in helping our clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.
Core responsibilities:
Personal care — assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and continence support.
Daily living support — helping with meals, hydration, mobility, and maintaining a safe environment.
Monitoring wellbeing — observing changes in physical or emotional health and reporting concerns promptly.
Medication support — offering medication prompts or assistance in line with training and company policy.
Companionship — providing reassurance, conversation, and emotional support.
Record keeping — completing accurate notes, MAR charts (if applicable), and incident reporting.
