Kitchen Assistants provide essential support in food preparation and kitchen operations within environments such as restaurants, hotels, care homes, hospitals, and catering facilities. They assist chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen while ensuring food hygiene standards are upheld. Kitchen Assistants play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of kitchen services and high standards of food safety.

  • Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients. Prepare simple dishes under the supervision of chefs. Support meal service by ensuring ingredients and utensils are ready.
