Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role location east & west coast areas for a Network Rail Safety Critical Trainer & Assessor ideally COSS & E/S. The Trainer & Assessor will be responsible for delivering safety training programs, assessing learner competency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Daily tasks include preparing instructional materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating learner performance, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves providing feedback to learners and revising training programs as necessary.
Qualifications

  • A strong Health & Safety background qualifications if available
  • Experience in delivering Training and Assessing.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to assess learner progress and adapt training materials
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the rail industry is required
  • Certification as a trainer or assessor is preferred, level 3 training & education, A1 assessor or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
