Junior Private Equity Associate – London – Credit Team Roles Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role: Responsibilities: Originating investment ideas across the product suite of Credit via early engagement with relevant parties (e.g., financial sponsors / company management teams) Engaging in all aspects of due diligence and business analysis to develop and refine investment theses Participating in structuring, negotiating and documenting investments Communicating and defending investment theses to internal stakeholders and committees, including relevant AMD and Firm-wide Investment Committees Actively monitoring existing investments in the portfolio Building relationships with sponsors, management teams and internal GS stakeholders Skills: Investment Banking and Private Credit/Direct Lending candidate with 2 to 4 years experience Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills Passion for investing with specific interest in credit / other structured products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible and creative mindset; ability to analyze a variety of industries and businesses Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments Ability to interact and build relationships with a wide variety of people #J-18808-Ljbffr
