Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Business Development, this role is integral to maximising our marketing generated revenue for the business – ensuring that our marketing campaigns and efforts deliver high quality leads and a trusted brand. This role will work closely with the Learning Solutions Sales team to drive demand generation and improve conversion of inbound activity. Experienced in inbound, events and content marketing techniques, the successful candidate will work with the business to create content and materials that reach, attract and convert prospects across all channels.
Marketing automation sits at the heart of what we do. We use Hubspot daily to power our marketing campaigns, from lead scoring to scheduling and publishing, it allows us to scale up our activities. With that in mind, marketing plans will cover a comprehensive range of channels and media in order to attract, retain and engage with customers throughout their lifecycle. From thought leadership to demand generation, marketing activities will exceed customer expectations and drive business value. This role is pivotal to our business – the way we position our brand, attract prospects, how we nurture them to leads – is all in the hands of this role.

Externally, the role will involve you working with and managing the relationship with agency partners, including:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the development and execution of 1:1 and 1: many ABM strategies, focusing on building strong, personalized relationships with key accounts while maintaining a consistent brand identity across campaigns.
- Collaborate on the creation of targeted thought leadership content such as case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts that speak directly to the needs of high-value accounts, showcasing the company's expertise and reinforcing its reputation within key industries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to craft tailored marketing assets for ABM campaigns, including landing pages, social media outreach, online advertising, personalized email sequences, and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with account-specific needs and interests.
- Drive demand generation efforts, supporting the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns designed to engage and convert specific accounts, while regularly analyzing campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing ABM-related data, including account-level engagement metrics, to generate actionable insights for optimizing future ABM campaigns and informing strategic decisions.
- Support the coordination and execution of account-focused events such as personalized webinars, exclusive conferences, and high-impact tradeshows that cater to key accounts, ensuring relevance and engagement.
- Stay informed on emerging best practices, industry trends, and new technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance account-based strategies and drive more effective targeting of key accounts.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or CIM qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Previous experience in Learning is a plus.
- Experienced with the HubSpot marketing suite, including scheduling, automating and reporting marketing activities.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, tactics, and tools, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Familiarity with the use of social media platforms, digital marketing, and SEO/SEM techniques.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling and concise marketing content.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and drive optimization strategies.
