Responsibilities
- Oversee the commercial success of major projects, leading program, delivery and fee management.
- Coordinate SOM’s design team from early concept through delivery, ensuring constructability, performance and quality.
- Engage multidisciplinary teams to support coordination and solve complex challenges with creativity and clarity.
- Mentor the next generation of talent and contribute to a dynamic, design‑led culture.
Qualifications
- Licensed (preferred) architect with 10+ years experience leading large‑scale, complex projects.
- Passionate advocate for impactful and sustainable design.
- Natural leader who energizes and inspires interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communicator capable of contributing to all stages of the project life‑cycle from acquisition of new work through to completion.
- Experience in Europe or the Middle East, preferably within transport, government, commercial, residential or mixed‑use development.
