For winter 27/28 we have added a programme in Japan.

We pride ourselves on providing the very best resorts, accommodation options, and après ski activities while maintaining our high operational standards Our Administrators are responsible for the organisation behind the school trips and building key relations with Party Leaders.

Main responsibilities

We are recruiting a candidate to join the operations team to assist with the operational planning and support in the delivery of an exceptional holiday and educational experience to Skibound groups.

It is a varied and exciting role which requires excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of the school ski product.

The role will also require the ability to deploy in other operations departments as required during summer months.

Specific responsibilities include

  • Resort Representative Recruitment & Operations
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing support of seasonal resort representatives.
  • Coordinate contracts, travel, uniforms, resort resources, expenses and operational communications.
  • Act as a key point of contact for reps throughout the season, including shared out-of-hours support.
  • Resort & Supplier Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers and take ownership of designated resorts.
  • Manage reservations, booking amendments, special requests and group activity planning.
  • Ensure suppliers receive accurate information and deliver contracted services.
  • Financial & Administrative Support
  • Monitor reservations, supplier payments and operational budgets.
  • Process invoices, manage cost controls and provide updated pricing information to internal stakeholders.
  • Track bookings, deposits and payment deadlines for current and future seasons.
  • Programme Development & Delivery
  • Update resort content and customer information across digital platforms.
  • Research new suppliers, resorts and product opportunities for future programmes.
  • Travel overseas when required to support operational delivery and group departures.

What We're Looking For

  • Administration experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
  • Computer literacy - including Word, Excel & Travelink (our in-house reservation system)
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, including excellent attention to detail
  • A good understanding of skiing and how school ski tours are operated is desirable
