Ski and Snowboard Workshop Technician/Workshop Manager

Established in 1965, Ski Bartlett is one of the UK's most popular independent ski shops, with over 50 years of experience. We pride ourselves on our high standards, excellent customer service and the quality of our products. Over the years we have expanded our retail space to house a vast selection of ski products and our online presents is going from strength to strength.

Ski Bartlett is recruiting for the coming season and beyond.

We are a large, independent ski specialist based in Hillingdon, Middlesex (UB10 0NP), serving customers from across London, the Home Counties and well beyond. Our location gives us excellent access to the motorway network and London airports, and our reputation means customers regularly travel considerable distances to visit us.

We have a large and extremely busy boot fitting department, a well‑equipped workshop and a busy retail and mail‑order operation. We are now looking for enthusiastic, experienced and reliable people to join our team as we reorganise and strengthen the business.

WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN / MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced ski workshop technician to take overall responsibility for our busy workshop.

We currently have an experienced technician and are looking for someone who can take charge of the workshop, maintain our existing high standards and help us develop the service further.

Our workshop carries out:

  • Ski and snowboard servicing and repairs
  • Binding mounting
  • Binding adjustments

We have built a very good reputation for the quality of our workshop work, and maintaining and improving those standards is extremely important to us.

Previous workshop experience is therefore essential, together with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job properly.

This is a full time permanent job but we would consider seasonal work.
