Ski Bartlett, established in 1965, is one of the UK's most popular independent ski shops, with over 50 years of experience. We pride ourselves on high standards, excellent customer service and the quality of our products. We have expanded our retail space to house a vast selection of ski products, and our online presence is growing.
Are you good at helping and advising people? Are you able to add value to our ever-growing ski race department? Do you have thorough understanding, knowledge and experience within ski racing? Are you an experienced ski racer or coach looking for a new challenge? We are looking for someone who is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. We aim to strengthen our long-standing reputation as one of the best ski race shops in the country and are seeking someone driven to help us take British ski racing to the next level. Full training will be provided on selling within the following departments: ski boot fitting, ski sales, clothing and accessory sales.

Responsibilities- Take on a variety of responsibilities while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Add value to our ski race department and help drive growth in customer engagement and sales.
- Sell within the departments of ski boot fitting, ski sales, clothing and accessories.
- You must have loads of common sense and initiative to proactively solve problems.
- Enjoy finding what's right for a customer by asking the right questions, listening, and giving helpful advice.
- Impeccable customer manner; polite and helpful.
- Excellent communication skills; able to respond professionally and friendly to customers in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Ability to connect with and understand all personality types.
- Great teamwork while also being self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task; patient and calm under pressure.
- Always follow through and complete tasks.
- Good overall ski experience.
- Desire to learn and keep up to date with current trends and technology in skiing and snowboarding.
