Salary: Up to £45,376.20, dependent on qualifications and experience

Primary responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on equipment and machinery
- Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively to reduce production downtime
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement safe, long‑lasting solutions
- Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with other engineers, production staff, and external contractors
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in a machine‑tool environment
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to safety and quality
- Experience with CMMS
- 18th Edition Regs certification
- FLT / MEWP training (advantageous)
- Understanding of 5S and TPM practices (advantageous)
What we offer:
- Additional shift premiums
- 37.5‑hour week (paid breaks)
