We are seeking a full-time Bartender to join our on-site team at Skewd at The Grove in Watford. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and creating cocktails and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and ensure efficient operations during service hours. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications- Experience in Bartending and knowledge of crafting a variety of cocktails and beverages
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards and practices
- Proficiency in Cash Handling and processing payments accurately
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Understanding of health and safety standards in food and beverage service
