Rooted in innovation, quality, and craft, Skewd has earned a stellar reputation for its vibrant flavours, theatrical open-flame cooking, and high-end hospitality. Skewd Asia takes inspiration from pre-Anatolian history and neighbouring Asian cultures to offer a refined and modern interpretation of Pan-Asian cuisine. Guests can expect expertly crafted sushi, wok dishes, bold robata grill dishes, signature cocktails, and vibrant shareable small plates.

This is a full-time on-site role located in London for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating and executing a diverse menu, ensuring the highest quality of dishes, and maintaining a hygienic and organized kitchen environment. The Head Chef will also be in charge of managing kitchen staff, controlling inventory and food costs, and upholding the restaurant's standards for culinary excellence.
