Are you a seasoned Mixologist with a flair for crafting inventive cocktails and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team at Sketch, where creativity and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
As an Experienced Mixologist at Sketch, you will:
- Craft Bespoke Cocktails: Utilise your deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails to develop an innovative drinks menu.
- Bar Lab Expertise: Work with advanced techniques and equipment such as rotary evaporators (girovap), centrifuges, and lacto-fermentation to create cutting-edge cocktails.
- Guest Interaction: Act as a 360 bartender, confidently engaging with guests to provide a luxury experience that combines storytelling, service, and artistry.
- Train and Develop: Share your knowledge and passion for mixology with the bar team, helping them hone their skills.
- Lead by Example: Support the team as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager, setting high standards for service and creativity.

You will be working in The Glade, a high-end, complex bar that opens at 4 pm. Renowned for its sophisticated atmosphere, The Glade provides a stunning backdrop for cocktail service and luxury experiences that captivate our guests.
