The Glade Bar @Sketch is looking for a Mixologist for 40 to 50 hours per week. The Glade Mixology Bar is open Tuesday to Sunday evenings, until midnight / 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The role of the Mixologist involves relaunching our Glade bar as a Mixology destination. Thanks to its laboratory, it allows the team to work with techniques and equipment such as Girovap, centrifuges, and lacto-fermentation, to bring a creative side to cocktails and experiment.
The Mixologist will be part of our Bar team, helping in the preparation of cocktails and service to our guests in this 35-seat evening cocktail bar. Our team is passionate and always researches the next elevation of cocktails offered in this beautiful environment.
It is paramount for applicants to be passionate about high-end bar work and to have previous experience in a similar bar. Knowledge of refined cocktail-making techniques and equipment is preferred.
