What is my role as Food Runner?
The Food Runner works between the Kitchen and restaurants, supporting the service by ensuring that food is taken promptly from the kitchen to the dining rooms. They are also responsible for maintaining the stock of plates for the kitchen, picking it up from the pot wash area and transferring them to the kitchen sections. The Food Runner must be energetic, friendly, helpful and a great team player.
