Technical Site Architect

We are seeking a Technical Site Architect to join a leading architecture practice in central London.This role involves working on existing residential buildings, investigating current construction conditions, and developing effective refurbishment and remediation solutions.

If you have site experience on High-Risk Building projects or are a Technical Architect eager to apply your construction knowledge on site, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Regular site visits to address queries, ensure quality control, and deliver detailed construction packages for Building Regulation approval.

• Producing design and technical information aligned with project timelines and proposing solutions for construction challenges.

• Leading projects as needed, including resource and financial management, contract administration, and construction progress inspections.
