We’re seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. Working with our Client Relations Manager, you’ll own the relationship with key clients, shape digital strategy, and help unlock commercial growth for our portfolio of high-value accounts. This is a role that goes far beyond project management – you’ll be a trusted advisor, capable of influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complex challenges, and applying commercial insight to drive meaningful outcomes for clients and for Sketch.

Key responsibilities:- Lead strategic conversations with clients, translating commercial objectives into actionable marketing plans.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through both opportunities and challenges.
- Confidently manage escalations and difficult conversations with professionalism and clarity.
- Analyse and interpret campaign performance data, identifying insights and turning them into opportunities for account growth.
- Proactively spot client risks or roadblocks, and work with internal teams to resolve them before they escalate.
- Collaborate with our creative, paid media, SEO, and development teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned to client strategy.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Account Managers, supporting knowledge-sharing and development.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction while driving measurable results and ROI.
- Champion a commercial mindset across accounts, ensuring work delivers value for both the client and agency.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and work with the wider team to secure growth.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a digital agency environment, with demonstrable progression into senior account ownership.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing plans.
- Confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence and diplomacy in complex conversations.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and tools.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with budgets, forecasts, and performance data.
- Comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers, both internally and externally.
- Collaborative leadership style with an interest in mentoring or guiding others.
- A passion for client success, marketing excellence, and continual learning.
- Experience working with dental, healthcare, or medical sector clients.
