About the Role:
We’re looking for a Paid Search Executive with hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns for lead generation. Experience in managing accounts with Local Business listings is preferred but not essential.
You will take ownership of campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting, driving measurable results through data-led decisions. The role involves working across multiple client accounts, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads and maximising ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the performance of all Google Ads (Search) campaigns, ensuring they meet lead generation and ROAS targets.
- Monitor performance metrics daily, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Optimise campaigns through data-driven decisions, adjusting bids, budgets, keywords, ad copy, and targeting.
- Build and manage new campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and best-practice account structuring.
- Lead on performance reporting, turning raw data into actionable insights for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Support cross-channel efforts, collaborating with Paid Social and Creative teams to ensure full-funnel alignment.
- Manage testing plans, including A/B testing ad copy, responsive search ads, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools to optimise for verified conversions.
- Maintain platform hygiene, ensuring accounts remain on budget, error-free, and structured to best practices.
- Contribute to team discussions and planning, providing insight into search trends and opportunities.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of search marketing KPIs, conversion tracking, and optimisation strategies.
- Confident using Google Ads, GA4, and reporting dashboards to analyse and interpret performance, with experience setting up accurate tracking via GA4 and GTM.
- Skilled in keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign setup to best practices.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritising effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborative team player with experience working alongside Paid Social, Creative, and Client Services teams.
- Local lead generation experience, ideally in healthcare, dental, or aesthetics.
- Exposure to Google Display Network, Discovery campaigns, and native/content discovery platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, or StackAdapt.
- Experience managing Performance Max or multi-channel Google Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with cross-platform tracking, enhanced conversions, and attribution modelling.
- Experience with reporting automation tools, Agency Analytics, or BI dashboards.
- Marketing degree or equivalent professional qualification.
