Responsible for driving measurable growth across paid acquisition, email marketing, and marketing automation. This role supports full-funnel performance—from lead generation through retention—combining campaign execution with systems optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Plan, build and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (lead gen, e-commerce, local service, etc.)
- Manage campaign budgets and performance against CPL/CPA targets
- Conduct structured A/B testing (creative, audiences, landing pages)
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM where required)
- Produce clear, insight-driven performance reports
- Build and manage automated email flows (welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, re-engagement)
- Segment audiences based on behaviour and funnel stage
- Optimise open rates, click rates and conversion performance
- Support campaign broadcasts and promotional calendars
- Maintain CRM hygiene and database health
