Duration: 22 months, including EPA. You will develop skills and knowledge in managing buildings and facilities. By completing this apprenticeship, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification, enhance your career prospects, and demonstrate your commitment to professional standards.
Entry requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role
- Experienced professionals seeking a formal qualification

Training to be provided: IWFM Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management. Functional Skills English and Maths Level 2 if needed.
Apprentices who complete the FM Level 3 programme will aim to gain promotion to management roles, including Facilities Manager Assistant, Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator/Contract Support Lead, or Operations Manager.
