Based at Battlefield Enterprise Park, we're a well-established, friendly setting dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children from birth to five. The Role
We're looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team four days a week. This is a hands-on, child-facing role working directly with children across our nursery rooms. You'll be counted in ratio and expected to bring genuine enthusiasm for early years practice every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Act as Key Person for an allocated group of children, maintaining Learning Journeys and developmental records
- Build warm, professional relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Support children’s individual needs, including any SEND requirements
- Uphold the nursery’s safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare policies at all times
- Work collaboratively with the wider team and contribute to nursery improvement
