Launch your marketing career with Sculpt Pro Aesthetics. This exciting apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience across content creation, social media, digital marketing and events. Perfect for a creative and motivated individual looking to gain real‑world experience, develop valuable skills and achieve a recognised marketing qualification.
Sculpt Pro Aesthetics is a growing UK distributor of advanced aesthetic devices, supporting clinics and practitioners with technology for treatments including laser hair removal, body contouring and skin rejuvenation.
Based at our newly designed headquarters in Sale, we work closely with our customers to help them develop their treatment offering and grow their businesses.
We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant Apprentice to join our team. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience across social media, content creation, email marketing, events and digital campaigns while working towards a recognised marketing qualification.
The Role
Working closely with our marketing team, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the department through a mix of practical tasks, marketing administration and creative work.
You could be helping manage and grow our social media community, working on a video shoot, organising content or helping prepare an email campaign. Your support will help the team keep projects moving while giving you experience across a busy marketing department.
We are looking for someone who enjoys getting involved, pays attention to the smaller details and is happy to help wherever needed. You will receive guidance and feedback as you learn, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one; we’re looking for enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage social media inboxes and comments, respond to routine enquiries and keep customer information and campaign records accurate in HubSpot, our CRM system.
- Support social media community engagement by resharing tagged content, engaging with clinic accounts and reaching out to potential new clinics under the team’s guidance.
- Help prepare for and support photography and video shoots for product demonstrations, team content, client stories and behind-the-scenes footage, including setting up lighting and preparing devices and filming areas.
- Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Edit short videos and create graphics for social media, email campaigns and other marketing materials.
- Draft captions, emails and website copy, adapting the message for clinic owners and aesthetic professionals.
- Assist with email campaigns, including preparing content, maintaining contact lists, organising audience segments, checking links and formatting, reviewing results and helping test automated follow-up emails under supervision.
- Help keep website content and marketing materials accurate, consistent and up to date, including checking links, enquiry forms and campaign landing pages to ensure they work correctly.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions and training events by preparing materials and helping with organisation.
- Keep photographs, videos, testimonials and brand assets organised and easy for the team to access.
- Support everyday marketing administration, including updating content calendars, gathering information and coordinating materials.
- Research competitors, industry trends and content ideas to share with the team.
- Monitor marketing performance and assist with reviewing social engagement, website activity and enquiries.
- Support paid advertising activity by preparing creative assets and helping with performance reviews under supervision.
- Follow company processes for content approval, customer information and the use of images and marketing claims.
- Assist with gathering client reviews, testimonials and case studies, including coordinating requests and recording permission to use content.
- Support basic search engine optimisation (SEO), including keyword research, updating page titles and descriptions, and adding approved website content.
