We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with young children. As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children aged 0–5 years. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate, creative, and engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Supporting children’s physical, emotional, social, and educational development
- Observing and assessing children’s progress and maintaining accurate records
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider nursery team
- Promoting a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
- Contributing to team meetings, training, and continuous professional development
- Supporting the nursery’s values of inclusivity, kindness, and community
Entry requirements: GCSE or equivalent (required) 4 and higher (C and higher). Candidate must also have DBS certification.
