A fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, develop valuable skills and make an impact while building your marketing career.

Help charities do more good — while building your career in marketing.

At Utility Aid, we believe marketing should do more than promote services. It should educate, support and inspire the organisations that make a difference in communities across the UK.

We're looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our team and start their career in a role where every project has a purpose. Whether you're leaving school, finishing college or looking for your first step into marketing, this apprenticeship is designed to help you learn, grow and gain real experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

If you're curious, creative and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

About Utility Aid

Utility Aid is the UK's leading energy consultancy dedicated to the not‑for‑profit sector. For more than 20 years, we've helped charities, schools, churches, housing associations and community organisations navigate the complex world of energy procurement and management.

For us, it’s personal, our purpose is simple: to help not‑for‑profit organisations source energy. We use our knowledge and experience. We anticipate and solve problems. Above all, everyone at Utility Aid is united by their desire to do more good for our stakeholders.

By helping our customers spend less time and money on energy, we help them spend more on the people and communities they support.

The role

As a Marketing Apprentice, you'll become part of a collaborative team responsible for bringing the Utility Aid brand to life across digital channels, campaigns, events and customer communications.

You'll gain practical experience across every stage of the marketing process, working on real projects that support thousands of organisations across the UK. We'll give you the training, guidance and opportunities to build your confidence while developing valuable skills for a career in marketing.

What you'll be doing

You'll support a wide range of marketing activity, including:

  • Creating content for social media, blogs, emails and our website.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery.
  • Assisting with webinars, exhibitions and events.
  • Creating presentations, leaflets and other branded marketing materials.
  • Updating website content and keeping information accurate and accessible.
  • Helping prepare email campaigns and customer communications.
  • Researching industry topics, customer insights and market trends.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and helping produce marketing reports.
  • Maintaining marketing assets and ensuring everything reflects our brand guidelines.
  • Working with colleagues across the business to support projects and campaigns.

Every day will give you the opportunity to learn something new.
