We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of marketing activities while working towards a recognised marketing qualification.

As a Marketing Apprentice, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, social media activity, digital content, events, business development initiatives, and reporting.

This role offers exposure to all aspects of a busy in‑house marketing function.

This is a full‑time position based at our Central London head office.

You’ll benefit from a dedicated day each week to focus on completing your assigned coursework.

Day to day, you’ll

  • Content creation
  • Assist with creating social media posts, graphics, and videos.
  • Help write blog posts, website content, and email newsletters.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials.
  • Support the creation of promotional campaigns .
  • Social media management
  • Work with the team to schedule and post across social media platforms.
  • Monitor comments and messages, escalating where needed.
  • Track engagement and follower growth.
  • Research social media trends and competitor activity.
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Assist with campaign setup, research, and coordination.
  • Coordinate promotional materials for events or product launches.
  • Website support
  • Update website content.
  • Upload blog articles, images, and products.
  • Assist with basic SEO tasks. Analytics and reporting
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Produce reports on website traffic, social media, and email performance.
  • Event support
  • Help organise client, trade, and networking events.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and displays.
  • Assist with event promotion and follow‑up. Business Development Collateral
  • Assist internal teams in creation of standard business development material, eg presentations, brochures etc
  • Entry requirements
  • A minimum of 4/C in GCSE Maths and English.
  • A genuine interest in marketing, communications, and digital media.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach to learning.
  • Experience using social media platforms for personal, educational, or professional purposes.–Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.

This role includes the opportunity to complete the Multi‑Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship, developing the skills and knowledge required to plan, deliver, and evaluate marketing activity across a range of digital and traditional channels.

You will learn how to create engaging content, understand customer behaviour, deliver effective marketing campaigns, and use data‑driven insights to measure and improve performance.

The programme combines structured learning with practical workplace experience, providing hands‑on exposure to modern marketing techniques and tools used across today's fast‑paced digital landscape.
