Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for the Academic Services team.
  • Managing student records and assessment records.
  • Collating and storing highly confidential documentation.
  • Communicating with staff across the organisation and partner institutions.
  • Inputting data onto a Student Records System (Thesis) and other systems as required.
  • Checking reports for accuracy and highlighting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Ensuring data quality and accuracy when updating systems.
  • Involvement in the organisation and operation of various ceremonies/events.
  • Dealing with queries by e-mail and face-to-face from academic and administrative colleagues and students in relation to Academic Services.
  • Working flexibly during peak periods as necessary.
  • Undertaking other appropriate duties as required by the Assistant Registrar.
  • Using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Maintaining accurate records in accordance with GBS requirements, ensuring compliance and maintenance of relevant systems.
