Skern Training in the United Kingdom is seeking a warm, dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice.

The role centers on outdoor learning, forest-school style practice, and child-led discovery, helping young children develop confidence, curiosity and joy.

You will work within our team to implement EYFS 2025, prepare for EYFS 2026 reforms, observe and respond to children's fascinations, and foster safe, reflective practice while upholding safeguarding and professionalism.
