Glendale Creative is looking for a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice to support the day-to-day running of our studio. You’ll help keep projects, systems and studio operations organised — managing admin across tools, supporting compliance tasks, coordinating meetings and deliveries, and assisting the team with production and client support.
About Glendale Creative
Glendale Creative is a design-led studio delivering creative work for clients who value craft, detail and strong collaboration. We’re a busy, fast-moving team, and the studio runs best when our projects, people and day-to-day operations are organised, responsive and well supported.
As we grow, we’re strengthening the systems and admin that keep everything running smoothly. We’re looking for a motivated apprentice who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can stay calm when priorities shift.

Working closely with the Studio Director and wider team, you’ll help manage studio operations, support compliance admin, and keep projects moving by tracking requests and actions across tools like Slack, Monday.com and Trello. You’ll also support client and supplier coordination, prepare and proof key documents, and help with the practical logistics that sit behind great creative work.
You’ll complete the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship, with training and support provided alongside your day-to-day role.
