Join our legal costs team in Gerrards Cross as a Business Admin Apprentice. You'll handle file intake, data entry, correspondence, and general office support, helping the team run smoothly, while working towards a recognised qualification.
- Carry out general data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with diary management and scheduling
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Answer telephone calls and deal with routine enquiries
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic)
- Assist with the preparation of documents and templates
- Support office organisation and day-to-day operations
- Undertake apprenticeship training and coursework alongside day-to-day duties
Entry requirements:
- GCSEs at Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Good communication skills and a professional, reliable attitude
- No previous office experience required – full training will be provided
