The ideal position for someone looking to pursue a career in a retail and customer facing roles.
The Gardens at Stretton are looking for someone to work 8.50-5.30 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Main duties include stock checking and replenishing, serving cakes, cutting cheese at the deli, quality checking on the fruit and veg, general housekeeping and cleaning during the day and at closing time and serving on the till.
They are looking for someone friendly and approachable in nature, who can build a rapport with the customers, as they have many regulars, and someone who is pro-active and has initiative, to know what needs doing rather than having to be continuously prompted, or looks for things to do when things are quiet.
Entry requirements
Experience in working with customers desired but not essential.

Training to be provided
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service
Functional Skills in Maths & English if required.
There will be the opportunity of a full time position upon successful completion of your apprenticeship.
