The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are hiring for an experienced Administrator to be the first point of contact in showcasing our ethos and values as a high-quality training provider, built over Skern’s 49-year history.
You will be able to connect with people and organisations through a friendly, personable and intelligent manner to help STS meet their training requirements.
The role will also involve working across a variety of our internal departments, and with clients such as applicants, schools, colleges and business enquiries.
Some responsibilities include:

Answering all enquires via phone calls, emails and online queries.

Maintaining databases, and support with bookings and invoicing.

Offering administrative support to meet the contractual, financial & quality requirements of STS.

Support with the compliance & administration of all STS bookings, on programme learners and completion processing and certification.

Act as the key contact for external clients, course participants and the STS sales team through email, phone and Microsoft Teams.

Encourage and develop excellence and continuous improvement with a clear focus on detail, customer service and timeliness., * Flexible working opportunities (this is a remote role, with weekly travel to our Skern site in Appledore, Devon)
