Skern Adventure delivers impactful, residential adventure programs for children and young people, fostering personal growth through outdoor experiences. With over 50 years of heritage, we have honed our expertise in creating environments where participants build confidence, develop skills, and thrive. Our programs, designed for schools and groups, are led by dedicated and experienced teams who prioritize individual care. Operating from two picturesque North Devon locations, Appledore and Abbotsham, we provide high-quality and memorable adventure learning experiences.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Skern Adventure Sales Partner, primarily based remotely with the need to network regularly in the South West. The Sales Partner will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and potential customers, supporting and growing our account base, and selling adventure programmes tailored to client needs. The role also involves excellent customer service interactions, fostering relationships with channel partners, and ensuring clients have the best experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of clients.
  • Experience in Account Management, including building, maintaining, and growing client relationships.
  • A proven record in Sales, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets.
  • Experience working with or managing Channel Partners to develop and expand networks.
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of the adventure or outdoor education industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales or communication technologies.
