Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by generating leads and securing meetings so our sales execs can focus on closing deals.
  • Make a high volume of cold calls each day to prospects.
  • Grow Skematic's market share by seeking out opportunities and converting prospects into qualified leads.
  • Set appointments for AE's & CRO and track metrics and performance against set targets.
  • Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of all communications with prospects.
  • Maintain a high level of competence using sales sequencing and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales role (preferred).
  • Experience working in Financial Services, RegTech, Compliance, or Fintech and selling to those clientele (preferred).
  • A desire to make money for Skematic and themselves.
  • A track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Self-starter mentality with an ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The utmost professionalism, conducting yourself with a positive demeanor.
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
  • Self‐directed and detail‐oriented work ethic, with strong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills.

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN GREATER LONDON. Candidates should have the ability to commute to the Marylebone office 3x a week.

Salary: base salary is experience dependent and can range from £48,000 - £58,000 a year + commission.
