About the Role
Join us at Skegness Pier, one of Lincolnshire's most recognisable seafront attractions. Offering family entertainment, amusements and attractions in the heart of Skegness, the Pier provides guests with a fun and memorable seaside experience throughout the year. As an Attractions Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the attractions department. Working closely with management, you will help ensure attractions operate safely, efficiently and to the highest guest service standards whilst supporting the wider team in delivering an excellent visitor experience.
Principal Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the attractions department.
- Support team members during daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with customer interactions, queries and feedback in a professional manner.
- Complete operational paperwork, reports and administrative duties as required.
- Carry out occasional opening and closing procedures for attractions and venues.
- Monitor operational standards, cleanliness and presentation across attraction areas.
- Support management in enforcing health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with team supervision and workflow management during busy operational periods.
