Located in the heart of Skegness with beautiful sea views, the pier offers a wide range of indoor attractions and amusements for guests of all ages. As an Arcade Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering a fun, safe, and welcoming experience within our arcade areas. You’ll support guests, keep machines running smoothly, replenish stock and prizes, and help maintain the lively atmosphere that makes Skegness Pier such a popular attraction.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys their arcade experience.
  • Replenish stock and prizes to keep machines ready and operational throughout the day.
  • Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across all arcade machines and surrounding areas.
  • Assist guests with basic machine queries and troubleshooting where required.
  • Support the wider pier team to create a friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable environment.
