Skegness Grammar School is now recruiting for a part time Pastoral Support Worker, 15hrs per week to work Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.5hrs/day, start date 01 September 2026. About the role

Skegness Grammar School are looking for a part time Pastoral Support Worker to ensure high levels of student attendance, punctuality, behaviour and wellbeing. Working closely with students, parents/carers and staff to ensure students access the whole school environment. Permanent contract, 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (38 weeks term time, plus 5 training days).

Who we are looking for

  • Experience working with children of relevant age.
  • Working effectively in an education environment.
  • Working as part of a team or on own initiative.
  • ICT Skills.
  • Essential for the post-holder to have GCSE or equivalent in Maths, English or equivalent level of competency and experience of working within a similar role or an educational setting.
