About us

The role is within the East Coast Regional Finance team to support the delivery of finance services to our academies in the Skegness region. The regional team currently supports 7 academies, comprising a mixture of Primary and Secondary schools. This is one of 5 regional Finance teams at the Trust, so there will also be opportunities for collaboration and learning with Finance colleagues in other regional teams. The role will be Hybrid, consisting of 3 days per week home working and 2 days per week in the Skegness Academy.

Role

You will have sound experience of working in a finance function and of processing various financial transactions. Duties include the administering of orders and invoices, banking, account reconciliations and month end processes as well as providing general support to the Regional Finance Manager and the schools covered by the Regional Finance Team.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure. They must be organised, a good team player and have the ability to use their own initiative. Practical experience of Excel and accounts packages is essential.
