As the Sales Administrator, you will support the Amazon Account Managers in the daily operations of the account. You will work closely with the Sales Team on administrative tasks involving internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Amazon websites across marketplaces including UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain weekly to identify issues and opportunities, monitor competitor activity.
  • Maintain contact with the external Amazon account team to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
  • Build relationships with buyers, merchandisers, operations managers, advertising managers, and brand specialists.
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams across marketplaces to handle price claims and financial queries, submitting cases to Amazon as needed.
  • Resolve issues with Amazon by raising cases and following through to resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • High numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Team player with initiative and communication skills across levels.
  • Friendly, approachable, with a can-do attitude.

Flexibility to travel within the UK and Europe for meetings and events may be required.

Work Location: Office-based at our St Albans Head Office.
