Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven pharmaceutical professional to join a leading UK healthcare organisation.
Reporting to the Hospital Business Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, securing new business opportunities and increasing revenue within the hospital sector.
Key Responsibilities Build and develop relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and key stakeholders.
Identify and secure new commercial opportunities.
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and distribution partnerships.
Grow existing manufacturer accounts and maximise profitability.
Monitor market activity, medicines shortages and emerging opportunities.
Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver customer commitments.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences and customer meetings.
About You Proven pharmaceutical sales, business development or key account management experience.
Strong network within the UK pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Commercially astute with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within NHS hospital markets, tenders or procurement would be advantageous.
