We are currently recruiting for a GPhC-registered Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) to join a well-established community pharmacy based in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ACT looking to join a professional and patient-focused pharmacy team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out final accuracy checks on dispensed prescriptions, supporting dispensary operations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform final accuracy checking of dispensed prescriptions in line with ACT accreditation.
- Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely supply of medicines.
- Support the day-to-day running of the dispensary.
- Maintain compliance with GPhC standards, SOPs, NHS requirements, and pharmacy regulations.
- Resolve prescription queries and liaise with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with prescription workflow management and dispensary efficiency.
- Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
