We are currently looking for an Associate Recruitment Manager in our Human Resources department. In Human Resources we design and deliver talent, learning and inclusion programmes that attract, develop and retain the people who make our projects possible. Responsibilities
- Manage the process for launching vacancies, from request through to advert, ensuring hiring managers and senior leaders are kept up to date.
- Proactively support the relevant business area in recruitment controls championing associated processes across the project with a cost-conscious mind set.
- Support the continuous improvement of the resourcing service, proactively researching and identifying best practice initiatives and delivering as appropriate against defined requirements.
- Support the resourcing team, demonstrating flexibility as needed to manage demand and other suitable work across the wider people team.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience irrespective of which process they are in, keeping all candidates informed of the process, dispositioning unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner with appropriate feedback.
- Ensure recruitment and redeployment process effectiveness is monitored regularly, checking the accuracy of reports and trackers.
- Drive the EDI agenda across all aspects of the resourcing process, maximising any opportunities to challenge and remove bias or questionable selection decisions.
- Keep up to date with resourcing related employment law and legislation changes.
- Operate with compliance to the General Data Protection Regulations with respect to the storage of, access to and destruction of applicants’ personal data.
Qualifications
- Experience within a recruitment role either in house or agency.
- Knowledge of and experience undertaking the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Planning and organisation skills.
- Strong communication skills to support stakeholder management.
- Teamwork and co-operation.
- Good Microsoft office and systems skills.
