What you'll do:
- Apply sound engineering principles and produce designs to relevant standards.
- Prepare clear calculations, reports, drawings, and deliverables.
- Use BIM‑led workflows and tools like STAAD Pro, FEM/Autodesk Robot.
- Plan and implement projects to meet time and cost targets.
- Organise tasks, people, and resources; prepare and control budgets.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Provide technical training and mentoring; brief and coordinate team members.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and supply chain to define objectives and build strong relationships.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong motivation and people‑management skills.
- Practical knowledge of Eurocodes and UK codes; able to mentor others.
- Willing to work at other UK offices or client sites short‑term.
- Able to attend site and agree buildable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Hold a UK/EEC driving licence.
