Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Skanska Technology team in Bridgend.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver technically robust, standards-compliant designs and clear technical deliverables, leveraging BIM and structural analysis tools.
  • Plan and execute projects to meet time, cost and quality targets, managing budgets and commercial/contractual risks.
  • Manage tasks, people and resources day-to-day to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and develop teams, identifying skill gaps and exercising sound holistic judgement.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, contractors and the supply chain; ensure H&S and environmental compliance.
