You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Walsall Hospital where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in the provision of maintenance services within the Walsall Manor Hospital Project.
  • Undertake Authorised Person Duties on systems as agreed with the Estates Officer.
  • Responsible for delivery of Statutory, Mandatory and contractually compliant systems, always ensuring adherence with Legislation and contractual obligations.
  • To undertake audits to ensure full compliance, these will include: Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Audits.
  • To undertake and deliver the review of Risk Assessments, toolbox talks and Contractor Inductions.
